Application
Plastic resins for Building & Construction
Resins for pipe, window profile, cable, flooring and fittings used in buildings and infrastructure.
Typical parts
- Water and drainage pipe
- PP-R hot and cold water systems
- Window and door profile
- Electrical conduit and cable
- Flooring and wallcovering
- Fittings and valves
What the material has to do
- 01Long-term pressure resistance
Pressure pipe is rated for decades of service, so the resin classification matters.
- 02Weathering
Profiles and outdoor parts need UV and heat stability.
- 03Fire behavior
Cable and building products often have flame or smoke requirements.
- 04Consistency
Extrusion lines run continuously and need stable melt behavior lot to lot.

Grades used for building & construction
Grades from our catalog that are commonly specified for this application. Open a grade for its data sheet, or send us your part requirements for a recommendation.
Processing notes
For pressure pipe, confirm the classification (PE100, PP-R) and the pipe standard you supply to before ordering; PVC needs a full stabilizer and lubricant package.
General guidance only; follow the producer's TDS for each grade.
How we help
- Grade matchSend the grade you use now or your part requirements; we return options with data sheets.
