Polypropylene grades for pipe extrusion, including PP-R for hot and cold water systems. Send an RFQ.
Pipe grades have a very low melt flow (around 0.3 g/10 min) for melt strength and long-term pressure resistance.
Random copolymer (PP-R) is used for hot and cold water pipe; homopolymer and block copolymer grades are used for drainage and industrial pipe.
Typical values from each producer's data sheet; open a grade for full specifications.
| Grade | Producer | Type | MFR | Processing |

| Yuhwa RP2400 PP Resin | Yuhwa | Random Copolymer | 0.25 g/10 min | Pipe Extrusion |
No drying needed. Extrusion typically runs at 200–230 °C with a slow, even cooling profile.
