Oil -resistant TPU resin

TPU has superior mechanical properties, good wear resistance, low temperature resistance, aging resistance, high strength impact resistance and tear resistance, and has high elongation and tensile strength. It is a non-toxic, environmentally friendly material with strong wear resistance (more wear-resistant than POM and nylon); high softness, quietness, higher elastic modulus than rubber with similar hardness, and less swelling in solvents and fuels. It has good weather resistance and does not contain plasticizers.

1. The wear resistance is 3-5 times that of ordinary rubber.

2. Wide range of hardness, Shore A60~Shore D75.

3. Special materials for oil resistance, corrosion resistance, solvent resistance, high temperature resistance and aging resistance.

4. High tensile strength and tear resistance. 5. High elasticity and low compression deformation rate.

 

TPU application range:

TPU has been widely used in: shoe materials, garments, inflatable toys, water and underwater sports equipment, medical equipment, fitness equipment, car seat materials, umbrellas, luggage, bags, etc.

TPU film is widely used in sports shoes: trademark decoration on soles and uppers, air bags, air cushions, oil bags, etc. Today, there are two trends in the application of TPU film on sports shoes: one is the popular trend caused by Nike sports shoes, that is, the TPU film is first screen printed and colored, and then formed with high frequency and bonded to the upper. Decorate on top to achieve special decorative effects; the second is to use waterproof and moisture-permeable TPU film and shoe material cloth to achieve waterproof and moisture-permeable effect.
