Virgin ABS resin Industrial Grade

ABS resin usually refers to the graft copolymer of polybutadiene rubber and monomer styrene and acrylonitrile, where A stands for acrylonitrile, giving the resin chemical resistance and thermal stability; B stands for butadiene, giving the resin toughness and Impact resistance; S stands for styrene, which endows the resin with rigidity and ease of processing, so ABS resin has the characteristics of various polymers, and is a thermoplastic material with excellent performance. In industry, polybutadiene latex or styrene content is mostly used. Low styrene-butadiene rubber is the main chain, and it is obtained by graft copolymerization with a mixture of two monomers, acrylonitrile and styrene. Industrial-grade ABS can withstand high temperatures of 200°C overall and 400°C locally. Widely used in automobile industry, machinery industry, electronic and electrical industry, instrumentation industry, textile industry and construction industry, etc.


In the light industry, textile and furniture industries, ABS is used to manufacture sewing and cutting machines, bicycles, motorcycles, looms, spinning machines, spindles, clocks, musical instruments and other parts and various furniture; ABS is used to manufacture plates, pipes, etc.; in aviation technology, ABS is used to manufacture aircraft dashboards and passenger aircraft window frames; in agriculture, ABS is used to manufacture farm tools and sprinkler irrigation equipment. ABS can also be used to manufacture containers, shipping boxes for vehicle loading, packaging containers, suitcases, yachts, sports equipment and entertainment facilities.
