Wear resistant Polyamide resin PA66

Wear-resistant nylon PA66 has a lower friction coefficient than pure nylon resin, higher PV value and better friction and wear resistance, better self-lubricating ability, suitable for production (injection molding), various wear-resistant production such as Bearing cage, shaft sleeve, anti-friction and wear-resistant nylon has good wear resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance, and also greatly reduces the water absorption and shrinkage of raw materials, and has excellent dimensional stability and excellent strength.

Abrasion-resistant nylon is a good electrical insulator and like other polyamides, moisture will not affect the insulation performance. Super wear-resistant nylon PA66 has good impact resistance, wear resistance and chemical stability. Self-lubricating wear-resistant nylon has many improved varieties in terms of plasticizing properties and strengthening properties, such as graphite nylon PA12, graphite nylon PA66, graphite nylon PA12, carbon fiber nylon, nylon/molybdenum disulfide alloy, nylon/PTFE alloy. These materials have lower melting points and densities and higher moisture regains than flame retardant nylons. Self-lubricating and wear-resistant nylon has low resistance to strong oxidizing acids, and the viscosity of self-lubricating and wear-resistant nylon mainly depends on humidity, temperature and storage time.

Uses: Widely used in machinery, instrumentation, auto parts, electronics, railways, home appliances, communications, textile machinery, sports and leisure products, oil pipes, fuel tanks and some precision engineering products.
