High flow fire retardant nylon PA66 Compound

High-flow PA66--by adding suitable flame-retardant materials, it is a modification method mainly aimed at improving the flame-retardant performance of nylon 66. Nylon 66 is a crystalline polymer. If no flame retardant is added, its flame retardancy is poor. With the rapid development of the electrical and electronic industry and other special industries, the use environment of nylon 66 is becoming more and more harsh, such as high temperature, high humidity, high voltage and high load. Commonly used flame retardants for nylon 66 include halogen-based, nitrogen-based, phosphorus-based and inorganic flame retardants. By adding a suitable plasticizer, the modification method mainly aimed at improving the flexibility of nylon 66 plastic is called plasticizing modification; by adding a suitable lubricant, the purpose is to improve the lubricating performance of the material and reduce the coefficient. Modification is called lubrication modification. When nylon 66 is dried at room temperature, its glass transition temperature will decrease; when the temperature exceeds the glass transition temperature, the toughness and flexibility of nylon 66 will increase with the increase of temperature.
