Flame retardant TPU Polymer

As an elastomer, TPU is a material between rubber and plastic, which can be seen from its rigidity. The rigidity of TPU can be measured by the modulus of elasticity. The elastic modulus of rubber is usually 1~10Mpa, TPU is 10~1000Mpa, and plastic (nylon, ABS, PC, POM) is 1000~10000Mpa.

TPU use:

Footwear: softball shoes, baseball shoes, golf shoes, soccer shoes soles and forefoot; ladies' heels; ski boots; safety boots; high-end soles, etc.

TPU environmental protection floor: All kinds of sports floors and commercial floors. The physical properties of TPU determine that the wear resistance and environmental protection of TPU products are higher than those of PVC products.

Pipes and hoses: high pressure pipes; medical pipes; oil pressure pipes; air pressure pipes; fuel pipes; coating pipes; delivery pipes; fire hoses, etc. Film sheet: rotating belt (with a certain stretching effect); air cushion; diaphragm; keyboard board; composite cloth, etc.

Wire and cable: power communication cables; computer wiring; automotive wiring; exploration cables, etc.

Others: Various circular pipelines; circular belts; V-shaped belts; synchronous belts; anti-skid belts; self-positioning wheels; handles.
