Wear-resistant, good tear resistance, good bending strength, high tensile strength, high elongation at break, low temperature resistance (-50°C), low long-term compression deformation rate, oil resistance, aliphatic solvent resistance, hydrocarbon solvent resistance, Oxygen and odor resistance, anti-aging properties.
TPU has good oil resistance and chemical resistance. As a highly polar polymer material, TPU has little affinity with non-polar mineral oil. It is used in fuel oil (such as kerosene, gasoline) and mechanical oil (such as Hydraulic oil, engine oil, lubricating oil, etc.) are almost free from corrosion; Among them, among the TPU plastic raw material products, polyester series products have better oil resistance; TPU films and sheets have little change in the volume of grease, and the tensile strength It is even higher than the original initial value; it should be noted that if the mineral oil contains a small amount of water, it will have different degrees of negative effects on the physical properties of the film.
