TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) has the characteristics of viscosity and elasticity. When molding, the film will stick together and shrink, making the curl uneven. In addition, TPU film is prone to crystal points in the production process, and processing technology can solve these problems and choose moisture-permeable or impermeable grades. Wear-resistant, good tear resistance, good bending strength, high tensile strength, high elongation at break, low temperature resistance (-50°C), low long-term compression deformation rate, oil resistance, aliphatic solvent resistance, hydrocarbon solvent resistance, Oxygen and odor resistance, anti-aging properties.

 

TPU has good oil resistance and chemical resistance. As a highly polar polymer material, TPU has little affinity with non-polar mineral oil. It is used in fuel oil (such as kerosene, gasoline) and mechanical oil (such as Hydraulic oil, engine oil, lubricating oil, etc.) are almost free from corrosion; Among them, among the TPU plastic raw material products, polyester series products have better oil resistance; TPU films and sheets have little change in the volume of grease, and the tensile strength It is even higher than the original initial value; it should be noted that if the mineral oil contains a small amount of water, it will have different degrees of negative effects on the physical properties of the film.
