High elastic TPU raw materials

TPU has many excellent properties. Inflection performance of TPU: Many plastic materials are prone to fracture under repeated cyclical stress, and TPU products can maintain inflection resistance characteristics under different environments, which is one of the choices among polymer materials.

High temperature resistance and oxidation resistance of TPU: general plastic raw materials are easily oxidized in an environment above 70°C for a long time, and TPU has good oxidation resistance; generally speaking, the temperature resistance of TPU can reach 120°C.

Low temperature performance of TPU: TPU has very good low temperature resistance, usually can reach -50 ℃, can replace general PVC in various fields that cannot be applied due to low temperature embrittlement, and is especially suitable for products related to cold regions.

TPU use:

Calendering: soft tanks, tanks; film composite sheet luggage fabrics, etc.

Blow molding: boxes for various vehicles; various containers.

Blown film: ultra-thin, wide-format film (medical, sanitary products).

Solution: Solvent system: Ketone solvent.

Application: All kinds of shoe material inks, screen printing inks, coating color pastes, etc.
