1. PBT packaging film
PBT resin has advantages such as high crystallinity, high fluidity, good heat resistance, and easy multi-layer co extrusion. The film made from it has characteristics such as high strength, high heat resistance, high transparency, high gloss, wear resistance, acid resistance, moisture resistance, and fragrance retention. Very suitable for packaging seasonings, pickled ham sausages, coffee, and strong flavored daily chemicals.
2. PBT Rainbow Film
PBT rainbow film is a newly developed product in recent years. When PBT and other resins with different refractive indices (such as PMMA) are melted and extruded, and plastic composite films with a total thickness of about ten micrometers and over a hundred layers are sequentially added at intervals, visible light reflects and interferes when passing through the multi-layer interface, resulting in a colorful rainbow effect on the composite film with different observation angles. Rainbow film can be used separately for decoration, or can be composite on paper, cardboard, or artificial leather to make multi-layer composite materials. Rainbow film can also be cut into silk and then woven into packaging boxes, handbags and shopping bags for cosmetics, jewelry and gifts. It can also be used as advertising signs, wallpapers, business cards, greeting cards, artificial flowers, packaging tape, Christmas ornaments, etc. It can also be woven into ribbons with rainbow silk, and lace or cloth can be made into clothes, ornaments, etc.
