Convenient processing and higher efficiency: Plastic heat-conducting materials, like other plastic parts, can be molded at one time without post-processing, and during injection molding, the mold can be designed to be four out of one, so the work efficiency is very high. Aluminum materials often need to be deburred after extrusion molding. If the requirements for appearance are relatively high, aluminum materials will also need to be nickel-plated and other processes, and the processing cycle will also increase.
