Nylon is a semi-crystalline polymer with excellent properties such as abrasion resistance, self-wetting, temperature resistance and high toughness. Nylon 6 (PA6) has been widely used in electronic appliances, automobile industry, mechanical engineering and other industries because of its high mechanical strength, strong wear resistance, and easy manufacturing and processing.

Nylon 6, Acrylic 6, also known as PA6, is a transparent or partially transparent milky white crystalline polymer. Nylon 6 chips have good ductility, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance and shock resistance. It has high mechanical strength and temperature resistance, good tear resistance and compressive strength, high melting point and good molding, production and processing properties. Nylon 6 slices are widely used. According to the application field, it can be divided into chemical fiber grade, rubber product grade, stretched film grade slices and nylon composite materials, which are made into various commodities.

Packaging industry: Nylon 6 has good gas barrier properties, puncture resistance, printability and transparency. Especially suitable for food packaging, nylon 6 film for packaging in Japan accounts for 20% of nylon consumption. Another use of nylon 6 as a packaging material is blow molding products for liquid packaging such as barrels, cans, bottles, etc. It is mainly used for packaging and transportation of pesticides, medicines, gasoline and diesel to ensure the safety of product transportation.
