The application of PA6 in industry Polyamide glass fiber reinforced material can be added with glass fiber content in the range of 5-60% according to the characteristics of the product. This kind of material has good strength, heat resistance, excellent impact resistance, good dimensional stability and low warpage.


The application of PA6 in the automotive field Reinforced polyamide composite materials for interior and exterior parts of automobiles have weather resistance, good paint performance and outstanding performance effects. In order to meet the requirements for use in interior and exterior decoration, reinforced polyamide materials should have the following require:

1). High heat resistance, long-term use;

2). The combination of rigidity and toughness;

3). Be able to meet the continuous changes of strong temperature and humidity and withstand huge strain;

4). Dimensional stability, with anti-warping effect;

5). High surface quality, smooth surface.


Engine peripheral components automobiles use reinforced polyamide composite materials to manufacture engine peripheral components, such as intake manifolds, engine covers, etc., which can replace traditional metal materials.
