ABS Brief Introduction

We need to know that ABS plastic raw material is a kind of synthetic resin. It is widely used in automobile processing and the manufacture of television appliances. The infrared penetrating ABS plastic raw material we introduce today is a resin material with better performance formed by adding other compounds on the basis of traditional ABS resin materials. Now let's briefly introduce, infrared rays penetrate ABS plastic raw materials.

Traditional ABS plastic raw materials already have relatively good physical and chemical properties. For example, the traditional Ai TV material has good light transmission and is suitable for making plexiglass. Its hardness and operability are relatively high, and it is widely used in industry. However, its environmental adaptability is very poor, and it generally deforms when it is outside 35 degrees below zero to 130 degrees above zero. And if it is in the case of direct sunlight, it is easy to be affected by ultraviolet rays and cause color changes, or changes in physical properties. Therefore, traditional ABS materials are generally only suitable for indoor use.

IR Transmitting ABS

The ABS plastic raw material after adding special substances has inherited the excellent performance of the traditional ABS plastic raw material, and has better stability and some other properties. This is the infrared penetrating ABS plastic material we introduced today. First of all, it can adapt to a wider range of temperatures, and can be used between minus 35 degrees and minus 135 degrees without thermal deformation. The most important thing is that it is okay, the infrared rays penetrate, and the color is not easy to change in nature under outdoor conditions. Therefore, its practicality in daily life is also more extensive.

Infrared penetrating ABS, that is, the ABS plastic material that can be penetrated by infrared rays, is widely used in infrared remote control receivers, infrared sensors, 3D glasses, night vision equipment, remote controls, infrared cameras, infrared set-top boxes, smart home sensing products, security products etc.
