PPS plastic (polyphenylene sulfide) is a thermoplastic special engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive properties. Its outstanding features are high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and superior mechanical properties.

Features: It has the advantages of high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, high flame retardancy, and strong chemical resistance; it has the advantages of hard and brittle, high crystallinity, flame retardant, good thermal stability, high mechanical strength, and electrical properties.

Application: Chemical field: used to make corrosion-resistant parts such as acid and alkali resistant valve pipes, pipe fittings, valves, gaskets and submersible pumps or impellers.

Electronics: high-voltage components, shells, sockets, terminals on TVs and computers, starting coils, blades, brush brackets and rotor insulation parts of motors, contact switches, relays, electric irons, hair dryers, lamp holders, heaters, F grade film, etc.

Automobile industry: suitable for exhaust gas recirculation valves and water pump impellers, and carburetors, exhaust devices, exhaust control valves, light reflectors, bearings, sensing components, etc.

Machinery industry: used for bearings, pumps, valves, pistons, precision gears, copiers, cameras, computer parts, conduits, sprayers, fuel injectors, instrumentation parts, sealing materials, etc.
