High toughened PBT resin

PBT is a linear thermoplastic saturated polymer with bonds on its main chain. Its chemical name is Polybutylene Terehthalte, abbreviated as PBT, and it is a polymer of the same class as PET resin.

Because of its high melting point and crystallinity, low water absorption and coefficient of thermal expansion, it has excellent dimensional stability. In addition, it also has excellent electrical insulation, with minimal changes in electrical performance caused by moisture absorption and high insulation voltage. There are crystalline and amorphous regions in the aggregated structure of PBT, so it can be easily modified and endowed with various functions by adding other substances. The existing refractory grade, high-speed forming grade, and high impact resistance grade have been endowed with various functional grades. Connector, small switch, capacitor shell and other electronic parts, OA mechanical keyboard, VTR, telephone and other functional mechanical parts, automotive electronic parts, external door handle and other automotive parts. At room temperature, except for drugs with strong alkalis, there is almost no performance degradation after long-term soaking. Not only the non enhanced grade, but also the enhanced grade has excellent fluidity and excellent molding and processing ability. By adopting technology that integrates with other polymers, polymer alloys that meet various performance requirements have been developed.
