HDPE Black Masterbatch

HDPE flame-retardant masterbatch (HDPE flame-retardant masterbatch) is an efficient and environment-friendly additive flame-retardant masterbatch. HDPE flame-retardant masterbatch complies with European Environmental Protection Standard (RoHS), and does not contain polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs).

HDPE flame retardant masterbatch can be directly used in processing and production after mixing with polyethylene PE raw materials, which perfectly solves the defects of uneven mixing of traditional powder flame retardant and large dust pollution. The product has excellent thermal stability, light stability, excellent UV resistance and aging resistance, and can be used in the field of pipes and plates.

Injection molding, foaming, extrusion, wire drawing, blow molding, film blowing. It can be widely used in building materials such as double wall corrugated pipes, thermal insulation boards, building baffles, etc., in the energy mining industry, such as gas transmission pipes, mining pipes, outdoor facilities such as outdoor cane chairs, stadium seats, industrial filters, safety nets, etc.

matters needing attention:

This product shall not be shared with calcium carbonate, barium sulfate and talcum powder, otherwise the flame retardant effect will be affected, and masterbatch containing the above substances will also affect the flame retardant effect. For color mixing, please use solid masterbatch (such as Cabot black masterbatch) without calcium carbonate or use pure carbon black powder with white mineral oil.
