Flame retardant high flow PC material injection Grade

Flame retardant high flow PC performance:

1. Impact strength: The impact strength of polycarbonate is very prominent among general engineering plastics and even all thermoplastics. Values are similar to 4.5 percent glass fiber reinforced polyester.

2. Creep resistance: The creep resistance of polycarbonate is quite good among thermoplastic engineering plastics, even due to nylon and polyoxymethylene. Dimensional change and cold flow deformation due to water absorption are small.

3. Fatigue strength: polycarbonate has poor ability to resist cyclic stress.

4. Abrasion and wear resistance: Compared with other engineering plastics, polycarbonate has a larger friction coefficient and poor wear resistance.

5. Thermal properties: Among general engineering plastics, polycarbonate has relatively good heat resistance, and its decomposition temperature is above 300°C. The long-term working temperature can be as high as 120°C. At the same time, it also has good cold resistance, embrittlement temperature

as low as minus one hundred degrees Celsius. Its long-term use temperature range is minus sixty degrees Celsius to one hundred and twenty degrees Celsius.

Flame retardant high flow PC is widely used in:

1. Optical lighting: used to manufacture large lampshades, protective glass, left and right eyepiece tubes of optical instruments, etc., and can also be widely used as transparent materials on aircraft.

2. Electronic and electrical applications: Polycarbonate is an excellent E (120°C) class insulating material, used to manufacture insulating connectors, coil frames, tube holders, insulating sleeves, telephone casings and parts, battery shells for miner's lamps, etc. . It can also be used to make parts with high dimensional accuracy, such as CDs, telephones, electronic computers, video recorders, telephone switches, signal relays and other communication equipment. Polycarbonate film is also widely used as capacitors, insulating leather bags, audio tapes, color video tapes, etc.

3. Application of mechanical equipment: used to manufacture various gears, racks, worm gears, worms, bearings, cams, bolts, levers, crankshafts, ratchets, as well as parts such as shells, covers and frames of mechanical equipment.

4. Other applications: it can be used as hollow-reinforced double-wall panels, greenhouse glass, etc. in construction; it can be used as textile bobbins, textile machine bearings, etc. in the textile industry.
