This policy explains what personal data Jiaxing Fulltrust Plastic Co., Ltd. (“Fulltrust”, “we”) collects through this website, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
- Inquiry forms: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, destination country or port, and the details you write about the resin, quantity and application.
- Email and WhatsApp: the messages and contact details you send us when you write to us directly.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser information, which our hosting provider records in server logs for security.
We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry, send prices, datasheets and samples, and prepare quotations and contracts (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To follow up on an inquiry or an existing order, and to keep records of our business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in running our business, and Art. 6(1)(c) where tax or trade law requires records).
- To keep the website secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and form submissions.
- Email and messaging services we use to reply to you, including WhatsApp (Meta) if you contact us that way.
- Logistics companies, inspection agencies and banks, only when needed to ship or pay for an order you have placed.
Transfers outside your country
We are based in China, so data you send us is processed in China. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, this means your data is transferred outside those areas. We only use it for the purposes above and keep access limited to the staff handling your inquiry or order.
Cookies and third-party content
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and your IP address is sent to Google. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp only when you click it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 3 years of our last contact. Records linked to orders are kept for as long as Chinese tax and trade rules require, usually up to 10 years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Email info@fulltrustplastic.com and we will reply within one month. If you are in the EU or EEA, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
